This document describes Value RAM’s KVR48U40BS6-8 is a 1G x 64-bit (8GB) DDR5-4800 CL40 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM), 1Rx16, memory module, based on four 1G x 16-bit FBGA components. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR5-4800 timing of 40-39-39 at 1.1V. Each 288-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers. The electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:
