DESCRIPTION

This document describes ValueRAM’s KVR56S46BS6-8 is a 1G x 64-bit (8GB) DDR5-5600 CL46 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM), 1Rx16, memory module, based on four 1G x 16-bit FBGA components. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR5-5600 timing of 46-45-45 at 1.1V. Each 262-pin SODIMM uses gold contact fingers. The electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:
